Whisk your peanut butter and maple syrup together in a bowl until they’re combined. Pour the mixture onto a sheet of parchment paper. Cover your peanut butter mixture with a second sheet of parchment paper and flatten it out with your hands.
Place the flattened peanut butter mixture into a freezer bag and lie it flat in the freezer overnight or maybe for a few days. Longer is better.
When it's nice and frozen, cut your Freezer Fudge into squares. I like to leave it in the freezer, wrapped up in the parchment paper, and nibble on it throughout the week.
