Yummy, yummy! If you like peanut butter, you are going to love these! You’ll only need 5 ingredients to make these sweet little treats. Keep some in your fridge or freezer and get your peanut butter fix whenever you need a sweet little nibble.

Ingredients

3/4 cup peanut butter, no oil or additives, freshly ground
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
5 tablespoons 100% pure maple syrup
1/2 cup oat flour

Directions

  1. First, line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Next, in a mixing bowl, add the peanut butter, vanilla, and maple syrup. Mix them together until smooth. Add the oat flour and mix to form a dough.

  2. Using your hands, scoop about a tablespoon at a time of the dough, and form it into balls.

  3. Place the Balls onto your prepared baking sheet, and place the sheet in the freezer for 30 minutes so they can firm up.

Recipe Notes

Store these little cuties in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to a week, or in the freezer for up to a month.

Tp: You can easily make your own oat flour by blending old fashioned rolled oats in a food processor for a minute until it turns into a powder.
