5 Ingredient Bliss Balls

Makes 12 balls
We call these Bliss Balls for a reason. They’re heavenly! And guess what? No baking!


1 cup almonds
2 tablespoons cacao powder
2 tablespoons shredded coconut
1 cup Medjool dates, pits removed
1 dash sea salt


  1. Place almonds, cacao, and shredded coconut into a food processor. Mix on high until ingredients turn into a flour-like consistency.

  2. Add the dates and sea salt and blend until everything is fully mixed.

  3. Transfer the mixture to a bowl. Taking a tablespoon at a time, form balls with your hands. Take a bite and feel the bliss! You can also chill these in the fridge for a bit if you'd like.

Recipe Notes

They’ll stay fresh in a sealed container for up to 5 days, but they won’t last that long!
