Cashew Parmesan

About 1 cup
This cheesy, nutty sprinkling cheese is great on pastas, salads, soups, veggies, or anything you’d typically pile high with Parmesan cheese.


3/4 cup raw cashews
1 teaspoon granulated onion
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
3 tablespoons nutritional yeast


  1. Add the cashews to your food processor and pulse until you have a Parmesan-like consistency. Do not over pulse or you’ll be left with more of a nut butter.

  2. Add the remaining ingredients and pulse a few times to combine well.
