Cut each pita into 8 small triangles, just like you would cut a pizza.
Grab a baking sheet, and spread the pita triangles around on the baking sheet so they are lying flat and not touching. Lightly squeeze some lemon over each one—don’t soak them—and sprinkle them with sea salt.
Bake them for 15 minutes, or until crispy. Test one and if it’s still pliable, leave them in for another 5 minutes or so. You want them really crunchy.
Serve with Our Favorite Hummus, or throw them into salads for some added crunch!
