When you hear the word "ramen" you may think of packaged noodles that are inexpensive, quick to make, with zero nutrition, and loved by college kids everywhere. Traditional ramen is actually a Japanese noodle soup that originated in China, and has become one of the most popular dishes in Japan. Our tasty Ramen Noodle Bowl is also simple to make, but packed with flavor and nutrients from the veggies, miso and tofu. We will have you thinking of ramen in a whole new way! You can even customize your Ramen Noodle Bowl with your favorite veggies, and make it your own.

Korean BBQ Lettuce Wraps

If you've never tasted the flavors of a Korean BBQ, you're in for a real treat! Korean food has soared in popularity lately, and things like kimchi, bibimbap and bulgogi are becoming widely known, and loved, in the US.

We wanted to get in on the fun, so we created these amazing Korean BBQ Lettuce Wraps! We coat our Basic Tofu Crumbles in the most delicious Korean BBQ sauce you’ve ever tasted! Then, we add a twist by tossing some Thai basil into the rice, which we then stuff into our wraps, right next to the Crumbles. We top all of this with a tart Red Cabbage and Carrot Slaw, for tang and crunch. Sweet, smoky and savory—every bite is a flavor explosion. These Lettuce Wraps have it all going on!

Ginger Garlic Noodle Stir Fry

These stir fried noodles are soaked in a simple ginger garlic sauce, and tossed with crisp veggies, and peanuts for crunch. Quick, fresh, and super yummy! Perfect for any night of the week.
