Summer is here and we’re loving it! Warm weather, outdoor activities, BBQs, parties and summer fun! ☀️

This week, it’s time for some of our Simple Summer Favorites that are easy-to-make, light and super tasty.

One of the break out stars this week is our brand new and wonderfully delicious….. ⭐Smoked Mozzarella!⭐

If you love our ⭐Cashew Mozzarella⭐️, you’re really going to love this cheese! It has exactly the same consistency—creamy, stretchy, spreadable–but this one has a smokiness that is out of this world! ⚡✨

There is no need for dairy cheese when you have a healthy alternative that tastes this unbelievably delicious!✌🏼

Margherita Pizza Pockets with Smoked Mozzarella
We took all of the delicious flavors of a margherita pizza and stuffed them into pockets! Of course we are talking about fresh basil and juicy ripe tomatoes, but the absolute star of the show is our Smoked Mozzarella. It takes our pizza pockets to the next level! It’s creamy and smoky and oozes out of the warm pockets just the way you want it to.

Classic Cucumber and Red Onion Salad with Fresh Dill
Crispy, crunchy, creamy and refreshing! This salad is so simple, yet seems to have it all. It’s the perfect cooling side dish to smoky BBQ dishes, but is also a delicious side salad to just about any dish.

Crispy Tofu Wraps with Smoky Tahini Lime Slaw
If you’ve made our Crispy Tofu before, you know how addictively delicious it is! For our wraps, we use that basic tofu recipe but we cut the tofu into strips to make it extra crispy and then season it up for even more flavor. Our Smoky Tahini Lime Slaw gives these wraps a great smoky and tangy crunch!

Smoked Mozzarella
We like smoky flavors around here—you may have noticed! There’s just something about adding smoke to a dish that gives it great depth of flavor. Our Smoked Mozzarella is creamy, smokey and amazing on its own, but especially delicious when it’s mixed into pasta dishes, stuffed into panini’s and spread onto pizza.

Seasoned Crispy Tofu Strips
We took the recipe for our beloved Crispy Tofu, cut the tofu into strips, and seasoned them with smoky spices. We love stuffing these crispy strips into wraps and sandwiches and tossing them into salads. But, our favorite way to eat them is straight out of the oven with just a light sprinkle of sea salt. They make a fantastic snack!

Smoky Tahini Lime Dressing
This dressing is smoky and creamy with a zesty zing from freshly squeezed lime juice! It’s a fantastic dressing for grain bowls, wraps and sandwiches, and it’s the star of our Smoky Tahini Lime Slaw.
