Whipped Ricotta Toasts with Roasted Red Gravy and Basil 
Crispy bread, creamy ricotta, roasted garlic, and smoky roasted gravy means lots of great flavor and texture combinations going on here. It’s like an Italian happy dance in your mouth! These delicious toasts make a great appetizer, and are especially fabulous paired with a salad. And, don’t forget the fresh basil ribbons which give it a nice, fresh punch!
