This week, we’re cruising around the Mediterranean, picking up flavors like lemon, garlic, fresh basil, oregano, and tomatoes. Ah, doesn’t that sound nice? When you taste this week’s meals, if you close your eyes you can almost imagine being there.👆🏼 Almost.

When you eat a whole food, plant-based diet, you have to cook. A lot. And that means it takes time, planning and also creates lots of dirty dishes. So, it’s nice to keep things simple once in a while. And, we’re getting feedback from our meal planners that you want simple recipes because you are busy, busy, busy. We hear you! So, this week we’ve created a few simple things to add to your repertoire—a few dips, an oil-free, sugar-free ketchup (finally!), new versions of our baked fries—that are quick and easy, yet super delicious.

We’ve also added an Italian twist to our much loved Sloppy Joe’s. Hello, Sloppy Giuseppe!👨🏻‍🌾

We’re also listening to your feedback of adding more sides and desserts. So, more coming soon!

Loaded Greek Fries
Our Loaded Greek Fries are an incredible taste explosion! We slice creamy yellow potatoes into fries, coat them with our zesty Greek Seasoning and crisp them up in the oven. Then, we drizzle on our deliciously creamy Greek Aioli, and top them with diced crunchy cucumbers and tangy toppings like sliced pepperoncini, Kalamata olives and our delicious crumbled Almond Feta. Wow! Eat this with a fork to make sure you get a little bit of everything with each bite.

Sloppy Giuseppe
Meet Sloppy Giuseppe—Joe’s cousin from Italy! He comes with an Italian twist, and is just as sloppy. We thought we’d put a fun and delicious Italian twist on the typical sloppy Joes.

Mediterranean Fries with Light and Lemony Tahini Dipping Sauce
Sometimes plain old fries just won't cut it. So, we are coming up with delicious variations to choose from. The spice mix for these fries adds deep, smoky flavors without being overpowering. And, when you dunk them in the lemony dipping sauce, they are taken to the next level.

Smarty Ketchup
Ketchup is the best! We use it on anything and everything, but especially love dunking baked fries into it. Store-bought ketchup is typically loaded with sugar or high fructose corn syrup and additives. We’ve created a sweet and zesty ketchup using pure plant foods that mimics the most popular store-bought ketchups on the market. And, kids love it!

Greek Seasoning
Our Greek Seasoning contains only 6 spices that you probably have in your spice cabinet right now! Having this around is a great way to add authentic Greek flavor to roasted vegetables and dips, and it’s especially great on our Greek Fries.

Greek Aioli
Our Greek Aioli is creamy and tangy with the delicious authentic Greek flavors of lemon, garlic, oregano and dill. It’s great as a spread for sandwiches and burgers, as a dipping sauce for veggies, and drizzle over our Loaded Greek Fries.

️Light and Lemony Tahini Dipping Sauce
We have a few tahini sauce recipes on our site, each with its own special recipe. For this one, we’ve created a dipping sauce that is bright, light and lemony. It’s the perfect compliment to stronger flavors, such as our Mediterranean Fries. You’ll want to dip anything and everything into it!
