Happy Memorial Day Weekend! Let’s celebrate the start of summer, while honoring the American heroes who gave the ultimate sacrifice.

Memorial Day is this Monday, and that means it’s time to get your grill-on! This week we bring you a big, heaping handful of great recipes that you can serve or bring to your Memorial Day BBQ!

We're talking about Grilled Veggie Kabobs, Smoky Chipotle Corn Potato Salad, BBQ Beer Curls, Creamy Ranch Slaw, a Cilantro Peanut Burger, Olive Tapenade, Summer Couscous Salad and Watermelon with a Balsamic Drizzle!


Don’t be left out of the grilling fun! We’ve got your back. Just spear up some delicious Grilled Veggie Kabobs and easily bring them to any BBQ to throw on the grill. And, to go with your Kabobs, don’t forget to bring some Smoky Chipotle Corn Potato Salad! Everyone will love this creamy and smoky side dish, so you may want to make a double batch if there is going to be a crowd.

Beer and BBQ’s go together like, well, beer and BBQ’s! Our BBQ Beer Curl Sandwich brings us both. The Beer Curls have a great chewy bite, and we toss them with our Sweet & Sassy BBQ Sauce. Then, we add a heaping helping of our Creamy Ranch Slaw on top to cool things off and give it some crunch. Now you’ve got one fantastic BBQ sandwich!

What backyard BBQ is complete without a burger? Well, our Cilantro Peanut Burger will surely stand out on a crowded grill. Peanuts and burgers? Who knew these two would get along so well together! Push the ketchup and mustard aside, and say hello to mouth-watering cilantro, jalapeño, cucumber and peanuts—all the Thai flavors you love, in a burger!

Hailing from the Provence region of France, here’s a bright and bold appetizer that you can bring with you to a BBQ and wow the crowd. Olive Tapenade! Serve it on 100% whole grain crackers, or toast up some crostini. Make sure to get a few bites in, because this zesty little olive spread will fly out of the bowl in no time. Everyone will love the fresh parsley, garlic and 3 olive combo. No oil necessary! Sooo good!
