This week, we’re adding a couple of classic potato dishes (and a fun new appetizer!) to your life, that would be great for Easter Dinner, if you’re celebrating! 🐰🐣

Don’t you just love potatoes? You can bake them, mash them, roast them, steam them, turn them into fries, wedges, tots, chips, latkes, scalloped potatoes, potato salad, hash browns, dumplings, soup and more.

They are absolutely THE BEST! So, we are once again showcasing our favorite complex carb, the spectacular spud that we call The Potato.

These dishes are beautiful, delicious, and simple to make!

This weeks Recipes: Potatoes Au Gratin, Crispy Mashed Potato Stix with French Onion Dip and Twice Baked Potatoes!

 

Potatoes Au Gratin
This dish is amazing!  “Au gratin”, pronounced OH GRAHT IN, is a French phrase meaning “by grating”. For Potatoes Au Gratin, it simply means a crispy baked crust, one that is attained by breadcrumbs or grated cheese. We add our super creamy and slightly smoky Cheese Sauce which browns and crisps nicely under the broiler, and is heavenly combined with thin potato slices and sweet onions. Get ready to fall in love with a new favorite.

Crispy Mashed Potato Stix with French Onion Dip
Our Crispy Mashed Potato Stix are a tasty twist on french fries. First, we make creamy mashed potatoes, whip them up with our delicious Cashew Sour Cream and chopped green onions, and magically turn them into fries. Oh, but we don’t stop there because we all know that potatoes are amazing with French Onion Dip, so we created a plant-powered version that our Stix are just dying to be dunked into.

Twice Baked Potatoes
Twice baked potatoes have always seemed like a super special treat offered only in fancy restaurants. But, they are really simple to make. They are actually more like cheesy mashed potatoes nestled in a baked potato boat! This classic side dish has a crispy outside and a deliciously creamy inside. They are comfy, cozy and oh-so-tasty.
