First, make our Berry Jam according to the recipe below. Let that cool in the fridge for an hour and when it's ready, make your Peanut Butter Toast. First, toast the bread the way you like it.
Give your toast a generous spread of peanut butter and a dollop of our Berry Jam. Sometimes it's hard to believe you are eating all plants!
How about adding sliced bananas?
Add all of the ingredients to a sauté pan over medium heat. Let it cook for about 20-30 minutes, stirring often, until the berries break down. When it's ready, you will end up with a delicious and chunky Berry Jam.
Set it aside to cool, and then place in a storage container in your fridge to chill for at least an hour before serving.
This Berry Jam will last about a week in your fridge.
